NATIECO PRODUCTION
Our laboratories have been designed and built according to standards that are close to pharmaceutical ones, much more stringent than required by law as a minimum requirement for the production of cosmetics and food supplements. The entire production department, from training and staff flow to machinery, has been conceived to fully embrace the philosophy of the Lean Manufacturingevery aspect is based on value mapping, reduction of waste and waiting times.

traceability
Our quality system on the tracking of each stage of processing and cleaning is based on pharmaceutical protocols. Environments subject to periodic qualification and ordinary monitoring, ensure working spaces that comply with the specifications of good manufacturing practice. The Natieco team is highly emancipated to comply with the rules in order to ensure maximum safety to end consumers.
FLOW OF MATERIALS AND STAFF
The procedural and operational flow of materials is designed with respect to minimizing cross contamination, the materials advance until the end of the production process unidirectionally. Production personnel access the departments through dedicated air-lock with traffic light control. Access to the production area is allowed only to qualified personnel through a coded electronic control system..

The floors and walls of the production premises are pharmaceutical grade. Continuous welded shell to avoid joints and gaps difficult to clean; Standard ISO 846: Part C guarantees bacteriostatic characteristics. The composition of the chosen coatings has a percentage of 75% of natural components and 25% of recycled product.
purified water
The water used for the production processes undergoes 5 stages of treatment:
1st: prefiltration
2nd: activated carbon filtration
3rd: reverse osmosis filtration
4th: absolute filter 0.22 microns
5th: UV-C radiation
This ensures that one of the most critical components is compliant and highly safe.
LEAN MANUFACTURING
In Italy it is not yet easy to apply it wanting to obtain results in the short term, it is limited to individual areas of work with little capillarity.
Natieco, thanks to a decade of experience on the subject, was born with the aim of fully marrying Lean Manufacturing for business processes trying to increase the percentage of conversion of objectives into results. The starting point is based on the concept of Value, this can be defined exclusively by our customers and the purpose is to map it for individual projects to focus our efforts on it. At the root of all this lies the need to keep to a minimum the wastes and delivery times. Being able to select and recognize waste was the first step to be able to think about a correct management of our production processes.
Natieco also redefines the concept of "Lean Communication" , one of the major organizational objectives : always be very responsive in sharing the information required, clearly and ethically!
