Our food supplement production department is equipped with compact and flexible equipment that allows us to satisfy even small orders. We have lines for filling and packaging for many pharmaceutical forms, liquids, ointments for the production of food supplements for third parties in multi-dose and single-dose bottles and solid lines as production of Capsules 00 and 0 (including with a shell of plant origin). Warehouses subordinated by controlled hygrometric conditions allow us to store raw materials in accordance with and in compliance with the expected conservation parameters. The productive process is set to the highest quality standards of the food industry and strictly complies with current regulations on hygiene and prevention, Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 (HACCP and GMP for food supplements). Single dose food supplements in sachets or stick packs.

Natieco adopts a Quality Management System structured and compliant with current regulations to ensure the safety, effectiveness and traceability of its food supplements. All processes, from the selection of raw materials to the distribution of the finished product, are monitored according to rigorous criteria and standardized procedures. Each batch is subjected to microbiological and chemical-physical investigation to establish its conformity, before the product release certificate can be issued. The Natieco Company is certified according to ISO 22000, an international standard for Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
